Psychedelic Guide Network

A practice for guides who refuse to do this alone.

You’ve finished the training. You know the protocols. But nothing in a textbook prepares you for the moment a client’s healing starts to feel like your own, or the sudden loneliness of carrying something you can’t explain to anyone outside the work. Psychedelic Guide Network is where psychedelic guides and facilitators come to practice ethics as an ongoing relationship, not a certificate you earn once and file away.

Meet the Founder

Ashley Carmen, LMFT, Founder, Psychedelic Guide Network

I started this in my living room. I invited a handful of guides I knew were practicing, and I taught them peer consultation, because I kept seeing the same thing everywhere: a brilliant, dedicated practitioner carrying impossible ethical weight, completely alone. No peer structure. No training that fit. Just a code of ethics on the wall and the reality of what actually happens in the room.

That living room became Wisdom Circles. The gap I saw became the Ethical Biography, the Assessment, and the InnerEthics® courses. Every tool here was built because I needed it first, and because the practitioners doing this work deserve better than isolation and a compliance checklist.

You’ve read this far. That tells me something.

Most guides who find PGN have spent months looking for their people after a training ended, a peer group dissolved, or a supervision container just quietly fell apart. If any of this named something you’ve been carrying alone, start with the Ethical Biography. Seven prompts. Private. Saved as you go. It’s the same process every guide completes before joining a Wisdom Circle, and it’s the first moment the work actually begins.
