What We Look For
By invitation and application.
Most programs who inquire become Affinity Partners. A few become Cohort Partners. Some we decline, because alignment matters more than volume. Here’s what alignment looks like for us.
Ethics as embodied practice, not compliance theater
Your curriculum treats ethical development as a lived skill, not a checkbox. Rules don’t prevent harm. Self-awareness does.
Real accountability over rapid certification
You’d rather graduate fewer practitioners well than many quickly. Depth is the point, not throughput.
Respect for lineage
Whatever tradition you draw from (clinical, indigenous, ceremonial, contemplative), you name it honestly, and you don’t extract from it.
We’ll decline programs that lead with hype, sell certification as a quick income path, or treat ethics as a thirty-minute module. We won’t name them. We’ll just say so honestly, and kindly. The “no” is what makes the “yes” mean something.

An internationally recognized author and educator and a former Senior Trainer in the Grof Transpersonal Training program, she has spent more than thirty years defining how this work is done well, and she advises PGN on the integrity of the model. You won’t be partnering with her directly, but the system your graduates step into is hers.
